Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your TkaTak Sports account and all the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the TkaTak Sports app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile (players) or the Scorer Dashboard (scorers).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity (enter your password, or re-confirm with Google), type DELETE, and tap Delete Forever.
Your account is removed immediately and the action cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in to the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it for you:
Please include the email or phone number registered with your account so we can verify it's you. We respond to deletion requests within 7 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your login credentials (email / Google sign-in).
- Your profile — name, photo, age, gender, location, mobile number, bio, sports and roles.
- Your player record and player code.
- Teams and matches you created as a scorer.
What may be retained
Match results and scorecards that were published for public viewing may remain visible as part of a tournament's or opponent's historical record. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that do not identify you, and records we are required to keep for legal or security reasons, may also be retained. These are kept no longer than necessary.
