What to write to us about
- Support & how-to — help using the app or website, logging in, or setting up a match.
- Score corrections — scores are entered live by independent scorers and can contain errors. Tell us the match and what looks wrong and we'll pass it to the scorer.
- Account & privacy — questions about your data, or account deletion (see also our Delete Account page).
- Tournaments & partnerships — want your league or club covered on TkaTak Sports? Get in touch.
- Press & feedback — media enquiries and product ideas are always welcome.
Report a problem with a match
Because live scores are crowd-entered from grounds around the country, the odd delay or typo is unavoidable. If a scorecard looks off, email us the team names, the date and the ground, and a short note on what's incorrect. Including a link to the match page helps us fix it faster.
Prefer the app?
Scorers and players can manage teams, tournaments and profiles inside the TkaTak Sports mobile app. Most account actions — including deleting your account — can be done directly from the app in a few taps.
